Submission Process

In the first instance we request that you submit a summary addressing the following questions and subjects:

What is innovative about the product or service that you are offering or developing?
What are your offering’s primary demand drivers? Why will your product/service be taken up within its respective market?
How big are your total and addressable markets and what are these estimates based on?
What are the direct and indirect competitive threats? How is your company positioned relative to these and what protects it from them?
Please provide some background information about the current management and the management structure, and an analysis of any skill gaps.
Please provide a set of historic financial results and projections (profit & loss, balance sheet, cashflow forecasts).
What is the most likely exit scenario and timing in your view?
What amount of funding is sought and what is the existing shareholder structure?
