The FourVision Fund is seeking to make investments of up to €400k per investment round using equity or equity-like investment instruments. The Fund has the ability to provide follow-on funding and, although not a prerequisite, usually prefers to invest through a syndicate.

• All industry sectors considered.
• Defensible competitive advantage.
• Referenceable market demand.
• Based in Europe, ideally in the UK. Emerging market opportunities only considered where a local partner is present.
• Seed to Early Stage, i.e. possibly pre-revenue.
• Entrepreneur/founder present, although full team may be in formation.
• Ability to deliver an IRR target of >40%, although each opportunity is assessed on its potential to offer a financial return commensurate with the identified risks.
• Realistic exit potential within 4 years.
