• Distinctive competitive advantage.
• High growth global markets of > €500m in total.
• Strong evidence of market demand/acceptance.
• Product easily integrated into existing value chains.
• Referenceable customers.
• Core management team that is focussed, ambitious and balanced with relevant experience.
• Preference for businesses that are generating revenues (and profits), but will consider exceptional opportunities that are not.
• Based in Europe, but will invest elsewhere given a strong syndicate partner.
• Realistic exit potential within 2-4 years.
